Before I take MAD marketing course, there are 3 questions need to answer. Learning something you need to have a correct direction. You even should realize what you want to do? , why are you going to do this? MAD marketing method would help me to have knowledge to improve my online business success.

What is MAD marketing method? I just read articles from an article marketing trainer, Marcus from wealthy affiliate university.  To success online could be in a easy way, most of so-called gurus would use the sales skills to arouse your interest, something like you can earn over 10k a night if you join their program when you are reading about internet marketing training out there via search engine; but actually it is really NOT the case.

When I finished first article and see more about MAD, I think it is right.

First of all, we need to know what your MOTIVATION (M) is when you do online business. Be frank, you would say you want to have more money, for free you time to accompany with your family, or maybe travelling around the world without working a dull job in office, so what you have to do first is writing it down on you pad or notebook to remember what motivate you to do?

One of my motivations would be changing my living standard even now I am living in a old house, environment is not so good. Of course everyone wants to have better living, no except me because I am ordinary. Besides, I really want to help the poor children to be educated especially in my country, China. As I know there are so many poor families which cannot afford their kids to go to school. Their house are very small, built with clay or just a mud house, it always destructed by natural calamities and even they haven’t got enough food for living every day, so I really want to help them out of poor if I have ability one day.

Secondly, you need to take ACTION (A); as Marcus said, it is impossible for you to earn much money a night. We need to work hard and while have a training to get knowledge, how to create your simple blog or website, how to get back links in the easiest way, how to drive a ton of traffic to your blog or website and etc. There are so many things I am not familiar with but I believe I can learn from it, so can you if you work hard and passionate on what you really want to do.

Lastly, it is DEDICATION (D). It is because if you are not put energy and take more time your business, and you will be failed, so don’t give it up when you starts your internet business. Actually what MAD said could be applied on any business, I think.

You would ask me why I am taking MAD marketing course; when I have doing my eBay auction for over 2, or about 3 years, but my performance was not I expected, I want to CHANGE, and I told myself I could not keep going on the same like my eBay business online. I need to learn more about online marketing to improve my internet works. Chinese New Year is coming, I wish all the people in world healthy and wealthy.

I just read a forum in which the people are talking about their living and what they expect to do in a coming new year. You may intend to plan to travel around the world, hope to get marriage, or someone has been unemployed for a period of time, so they are looking for a job to earn more money. However, have you think about what is your real target ? How is it available to change your living better and better?

The questions the people asking above and what for is that they are really tired and feeling bad or even dull on their job. There are so many people FREE to do anything as they want at any time but besides also so many many people are working more than one job over 50-55 hours in a whole week.

You have to face society because it is real world, and you gotta to working hard for your living everyday, there is no exception for you and me when we come to the earth. I believe the people like me, a middle-aged man, working for over 10 years in a company, within 9 to 5 every or even on shift. What would you worry about is that a redundancy from your company, lose your job then you may not find another new post in a short time. It could be a age crisis. No income after then. What next ? You can think about it.

Although I am still having a job now, but what I really want to do in the future is doing my online business. Do you have time to think about your future, what do you want to do next? Even you have been working in a company for over 10 or even 20 years, let say; that company would not be yours but if you creates your business start from zero, it will give much satisfactory, I think. Just one day left, we will say goodbye to 2010, I had read tons of books about affiliate marketing. The world could be huge than you expect. I realize so many new topics to me out there that I don’t know. I need to and want to learn more about that because it may help me to CHANGE.

Quit my job in 2011 would be target.

To build up a web site, Adobe Dreamweaver Creative Suite CS4 could be your best choice for you of doing it. You have to define your web site name when you first start DW CS4. If you have done a domain registration with your web hosting service provider, just define it as your domain and it is just called your brand name of your web site. For example, affiliatemarketingforces.net.

When you start to design your web pages at the first time. There are several way to do it. Empty html page, using DW default template or your designed template to create. There are 6 steps to create your simple website at first start.

1/ To Define A Site

• Open Dreamweaver CS4
• Click on “Dreamweaver Site” under the Create New” Section.
• When “Site Definition” screen shows up, type in your site name. For example, your domain like affiliatemarketingforces.
• Click “Next” if you don’t want to use any server technology.
• Check the radio box for “Edit local copies on my machine, then upload to server when ready (recommended). Select “Edit directly on server using local network” if you like. Here you have to type in the location the web pages you want to store, e.g. d:websiteaffiliatemarketingforces.
• Select “None” from the “How do you connect to the remote server” drop down. Click “Next”.
• Now you can see the new site just defined in the “Files Panel”. All the files, including html pages, images and etc here.

2/ Start To Create Your Template.

• Based on the template to create your html web pages. From the Dreamweaver Menu and select “New”
• Select “Blank Template” > template type:”HTML Template” > Layout:”none”.
• You may have a blank page, just save it [File > Save].
• Given a name for the template, let say “site_template”. It will be save as template with .dwt extention.
• Here the template just created has been saved within a new folder entitled “Templates”.

3/ Create Web Pages Based On Template.

• Let go to make your home page based on your template. Click “File > New.
• Page From Template > affiliatemarketingforces > site_template.
• Click “Create”
• Save the file with name for your home page as index.html or home.html.
• Now put the content your like on your home page.
• Given a title on it like “Affiliate Marketing Forces Home Page”

4/ Change Formatting on Headings and Images.

• Now we need to modify the headings and subheadings; go back to document window and select the heading text.
• Select “Format” > Paragraph format > Heading 1.
• Similarly, select the subheading text, then apply the Heading 2 tag to it on “Format > Paragraph format > Heading 2.
• When you want to add images on your content, just easy to move your mouse on the image you want to locate and select ” Insert > Image > browse and select picture from document window.
• Select the picture and select “Right from the “Align” drop down in the “Properties” panel.

5/  Testing Your Website In The Browser.

• It is almost done of your website, so now you have to test it in the browser. Select “File” > Preview in Browser and select the various browsers. We only have Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox in DW CS4.
• You may test it in other internet browser like Opera or Safari. It could be good because people are not definitely using I.E or Firefox in default actually.

6/ Upload Your Site With Dreamweaver CS4.

• When you have registered a domain on your hosting provider. Upload your files using DW CS4 here now. Click on the “Expand to show local and remote sites” icon in the “Files” panel.
• Click on the “Connects to remote host” icon.
• Select “FTP” from the options.
• Enter your “FTP” details and click the  “Test Connection” button.
• Then you will see the message ” Dreamweaver connected to your Web server successfully. Click “OK”.
• Select “No on “No, do not enable check in and check out.”
• Click “Connects to Remote host icon” again.
• Now press “up arrow icon” to put your files from your local PC to remote host; just select your files on the right panel.
• Your website is LIVE to the world.
• Final step, you are succeed to let your website LIVE.  Congratulations!
